Full Stack Developer
Virtual
Full time or Part Time (minimum of 30 hours). Work predominantly within Eastern Standard Time.

We are looking for a full stack developer skills; 6-10 years of experience to contribute to the successful development of web programs and provide day-to-day management of our various digital projects. Projects range from web product development and website launches to media placements, paid search, and email campaigns. This is a hands-on role that works closely with account service, creative, development, and back-end resources to coordinate and oversee development work by external vendors, wireframe deliverables, establish priorities, develop recurring processes and manage the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of digital projects.
This position will require excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail. An understanding of UX/UI, current development practices, and technology platforms is essential for success. HTML and CSS required. This person will utilize their analytical and database skills to turn raw data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on position to develop, contribute and drive technical projects from conception to release in service of achieving goals
We’re looking for the right person with:
- Ability to contribute across digital project phases; strategy, design, development, and quality
- Ability to define and track tasks, dependencies, priorities, and milestones, and manage assigned internal and external resources to completion
- Proven capability to develop, maintain, and manage interactive work plans and timelines
- Gather, define, and document project requirements according to agency, digital and programming best practices, create sitemaps and wireframes as well as templates
- Communication skills to ensure teams understand their assignments, due dates, priorities, budget and work with management to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps
- Ability to contribute to the development and hosting of interactive projects with internal and extended resources.
- Participate in various stakeholder meetings with the ability to translate digital and technical information into effective audience-understandable sound bites
- Puzzle-solving capabilities to think on your feet and contribute towards effective issue and troubleshooting resolution with management and developers
- Knowledge of security best practices along the project development lifecycle
- Speak with authority on web standards for performance, accessibility, security, and SEO
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-years extensive as a full stack developer
- Mid-level experience in web technologies, including HTML, XML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript/ES6+, PHP and working with popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Laravel, Drupal, etc.)
- Experience in Web Hosting – WHM and cPanel management and Cloud Computer Services – cloud servers\ storage (e.g. Azure, Amazon, Google, etc.)
- Experience in workflow and DevOps and build tools, (i.e. Jira, Azure, Git, etc.)
- Experience with web and mobile/responsive application development other design/UI/UX best practices
- Knowledge of compliance and data security (PII, HIPPA)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence with poise and focus under pressure
- Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Jira
Nice to have’s
- Experience in Python programming
- Knowledge of compliance and other industry best practices (ADA, PII, HIPPA, ISO, NIST)
- Mainstream business intelligence tools (Big Query, Power BI, etc.) and/or data visualization platforms (Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in analytics or data sets (Google Analytics, audience-level, SEO, external data, etc.)

Education: Minimum 4-year degree required
Experience: 6+ years business experience in an agency setting, pharmaceutical agency experience a plus

Pay: $55.00 – $75.00 per hour
